Al C. Valdez, Esq.
Al is a born and raised Houstonian, and is a first generation American. Al’s parents migrated from the Philippines, and worked as nurses for over 20 years. Al attended the University of Texas, at San Antonio, and received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science. It was at UTSA where Al’s passion for the legal profession was born, and grew.
After graduating from UTSA, he attended South Texas College of Law. While a law student he participated in Mock Trial Advocacy, as well as interned for both the Fort Bend District Attorney’s Office and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. After graduation, Al was hired to be an Assistant District Attorney for Harris County. Al has trial experience in both the Misdemeanor and Felony Trial Bureaus.
In his free time, Al likes to hang out with his Fiancee, Sarah, who is a prosecutor for Harris County. Al is a huge Astros fan, and a die hard Rockets fan. Al credits the Houston Rockets’ back-to-back championships to his birth (in 1993).
